         Josh Weller #63

(Click Here For Rookie Of The Year Info Card)

Josh started his racing career in the Quarter Midget ranks and raced several classes for his 5 years at that level.  Josh had 86 career "A" main victories and several fast times.

In 1999 Josh decided that the Quarter Midgets were not fast enough and changed to 250cc Micro Sprints.  In his rookie year, his first win came along with 17 top 5 finishes and a 7th place points finish.

2000 was a banner year with 12 feature wins and a 3rd place points finish.

2001 brought the addition of a 600cc sprint and a 2nd place points finish.

In 2002, Josh concentrated on the 600cc Micro Sprint.  While racing from Florida to Massachusetts, he added 7 more wins at 4 different tracks.  This brings Josh's career total to 112 Feature wins.

Josh earned United Racing Club 2003 Rookie of the Year and finished the 2004 season 13th in URC points.
