One and two phase sags down to 30% of nominal voltage and three phase sags down to 60% are corrected independently by phase for magnitude, waveform and phase angle.

For more than a half century, the ferroresonant transformer (also called constant voltage transformer or CVT) has been the standard for small, single phase power conditioning applications - and the technology has changed little since it was first developed. While the CVT performs well, two characteristics are immediately noticeable; they are hot and noisy. The heat and noise are more than annoying, they are energy dollars being wasted because of poor efficiency.

The Mini-EVR operates at 99% efficiency: period. The efficiency is unaffected by load, load power factor or load type.
